Gluten/ Sugar Free Hoddoek (sweet pancake) by: J.A. Burror

This is it I haven't tried to make this for about 2 years now. Eating problems that affected how I eat in total. Cutting down what I can eat so I had to figure something out. Because I use to make these every month and filled them up.
with: nuts and brown sugar mixed cheeses (this was my Nieces pick) spice of different kinds and brown sugar veggies the mixed stick bag I would cook them for a bit in a pan, add sweet bean paste they were great and filling as well
It was my cheese cake if you will and anyone that knew me before I started losing weight knew I could eat cheese cake at any meal or snack or treat
it's that crazy for me so this is just something I wanted/ needed to try to figure out I hope you might try it bare in mind this is just a first try on this recipe and I liked the taste but we all have different taste buds

2tbsp Splenda/ Brown
1 1/2c warm water
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp oil
1 pkg Dry Yeast

mix all in bowl

now is time to start adding your dry
2 1/2c Gluten Free Flour

 spray bowl first with oil
or you can get a paper towel and dab oil on it then wipe the whole inside of the bowl you will be using

transfer your dough to oiled bowl
using a larger bowl fill 1/4 of hot water on bottom
then place the dough bowl in the water bowl
cover will plastic wrap
then cover will a towel
put in a warm spot about 30-1hour

dust the counter top with Flour
turn out the dough on to the counter top
shaping with your hands
really you need to pat it down and long a oval
using a knife cut once length, then cut down 3 times
this should give you 5 pieces

sprinkling top with your filling:
 1 tsp Splenda/ Brown
Dried Cranberry's
Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

heat a pan on mid/  high heat
oil to coat pan
when hot add a round to the center of pan

1/2 minute on 1 side flip
pushing down the round with your spatula
1 minute  then flip
1/2-1 minute longer
I didn't have paper plates or paper towels
that is the only reason I used a clean kitchen towel
I covered the plate with the towel
placing the Hoddoek's on the towel after I took them from the pan

1 was a casualty to my hunger
I thought I was eating a cake
